Frequently Asked Questions

What is a landing page?
A landing page is a standalone web page with a specific purpose that visitors "land" on after clicking through from an email, ad, or social media post. Once they are on your landing page, visitors are encouraged to take action, such as volunteering for your clinical study. Each study landing page is straightforward, with no distractions, and provides visitors with relevant information and a Quick-Apply form to capture their interest. Your study coordinators will get an email notification immediately every time someone applies.
How many landing pages do I need?
We recommend one landing page for each research study (study page) and one for each research site location (location page). Each location page will display relevant information about the site (including contact information) and a list of all active studies available at the site. Each study page will contain detailed information about the study in question and a Quick-Apply form for volunteers to apply. We brand all pages to match your business identity (logo, colors, etc.).
What happens when volunteers apply?
When visitors land on your study page, they can join your study by filling up the Quick-Apply form. They will immediately receive an email confirmation with additional details; and will optionally have the opportunity to fill up a protocol-specific Pre-screening Questionnaire for determining their eligibility. We will notify your study coordinators at every step of the process.
Can I share my studies on social media?
Yes, each study landing page has a unique link (URL) that you can share on social media or use on digital advertising campaigns. Landing pages also have social media sharing buttons encouraging visitors to share your studies with their friends. Links can spread quickly!
