Atopic Dermatitis in Adolescents

Atopic dermatitis is common and affects up to 25% of children. We are inviting you to take part in a clinical study for children and teens between the ages of 12 and 17 years of age, inclusive, who suffer from atopic dermatitis.

About the Study
The Teen Atopic Dermatitis Study is researching an investigational topical skin cream for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children and teens between the ages of 12 and 17 years, inclusive.
What does the study involve?
You will visit a study center approximately 12 times over about 61 weeks during your participation.
Who can participate?
Your child may qualify for the Teen Atopic Dermatitis Study if they are 12-17 years of age and have a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis for at least the last 2 years: red, flaky, and itchy skin patches that covers 3-20% of their body (3% of a teen's body is equivalent to the front of their calf; 20% of a teen's body is equivalent to the front of their torso).
Where is the study taking place?
The study is being conducted at our Hollywood, Weston, and Boynton offices.
Is compensation provided?
Yes, reasonable travel expenses while participating in the study will be reimbursed.
