About the Study
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a long-lasting condition that causes inflammation in the joints and skin for those with psoriasis. This study aims to see how well a new treatment works for adults with active PsA who haven't used certain previous medications. Participants will receive either the new treatment, a comparison treatment, or a placebo (a non-active pill). The study will last up to 60 weeks.
What does the study involve?
Participants will take over-encapsulated tablets of the new treatment, a comparison capsule, or a matching placebo.

What to expect

Placebo
You may receive a placebo (a look-alike with no active medicine).
Which treatment you get
Chosen at random. Neither you nor the study team will know which treatment you get.
Who can participate?
We're looking for adults aged 18 and older with a diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis who have had symptoms for at least 3 months. Participants should have tried other medications without enough relief. Think you might qualify? Apply to find out!
