Long-Term Study for Psoriatic Arthritis

Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a long-lasting condition that causes inflammation in the joints and skin. This study aims to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of a treatment called zasocitinib for adults with PsA over an extended period.

About the Study
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a long-lasting condition that causes inflammation in the joints and skin. This study aims to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of a treatment called zasocitinib for adults with PsA over an extended period. If you have completed a 1-year treatment in one of our earlier studies, you may be eligible to join this long-term study. Everyone in this study will take zasocitinib once a day, either at a lower or higher dose. You can be part of this study for about 2 years (108 weeks), which includes up to 2 years of treatment (104 weeks) and a 1-month follow-up to check on your health.

Zasocitinib oral tablets.

Everyone receives an active treatment.

Chosen at random. Neither you nor the study team will know which treatment you get.
Who can participate?
We're looking for adults aged 18 and older who have completed a 1-year treatment in one of our earlier studies. You should be able to benefit from continuing the treatment. If you think you might qualify, apply to find out!
