About the Study
We’re looking into how well a new treatment can work alongside existing therapy for people dealing with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and obesity or overweight, particularly those with at least one weight-related health issue. The study will last up to 12 months.
What does the study involve?
The treatment will be given as an injection under the skin.

Placebo
Everyone receives an active treatment.
Who can participate?
We're looking for adults who: * Have moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis diagnosed by a healthcare professional. * Have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher (obesity) or 27 to less than 30 (overweight) with at least one weight-related health issue like high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes. * Have been on ixekizumab treatment for about 3 months before starting this study.
